1. Soilgripgauntlet operates on a direct-to-consumer model, taking full control of the product lifecycle. We maintain physical inventory and conduct internal quality controls to ensure all gardening gloves meet our high standards before being delivered to our customers.

2. Strategic Local Warehousing (USA and Europe)

To minimize transit times and maximize customer satisfaction, we maintain local inventory in strategic logistics centers. All products are stored at the following locations before sale:

US Warehouse: 2903 S. Davy Crockett Pkwy, Memphis, TN 38118

European Warehouse: Geodis, Walenberglaan 9, 1300 Wavre, Belgium

3. Direct Operations Management

Utilizing world-class logistics infrastructure (such as Geodis), inventory management, logistics scheduling, and customer service are all handled directly by our in-house team. This ensures we can respond quickly to market changes and immediately monitor inventory levels.

4. Efficient Order Fulfillment Process

Our order fulfillment process is optimized for both speed and accuracy. Orders are processed and delivered to carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) within 1-3 business days. Because our inventory is located locally in the US and Europe, delays caused by long-distance cross-border shipping are avoided, ensuring a reliable customer experience.
