2. Delivery and Shipping

We have local logistics centers in the US and Europe to ensure fast delivery.

Logistics Partners: DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Delivery Time: Typically 3-7 business days.

Order Tracking: Automatic tracking information will be sent to your registered email address immediately after shipment.

In the event of force majeure causing delivery times to exceed the estimated standard delivery time by more than 10 business days, we will conduct a formal investigation with the carrier. We will choose to provide a full refund or immediately reship the goods, depending on the specific circumstances.

3. Risk Transfer

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the customer only upon actual receipt of the goods. We will be responsible for the safekeeping of the goods until delivery to the address you provided.

4. Returns and Refund Policy
